Payments

Motor Coach Day Tours - Full Payment at Booking

Children Policies

Children prices are for children 3 to 14 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Charges

Day Tours:

                   Outside of 7 days: no penalty

                   6-3 Days: 50% of the total price is forfeited

                   2 days to day of departure: no refund

Special Cancellation Policy Applies to some Tours and will be duly noted.

Seating

There is an open seating policy on all Fisher Motor Coach Tours. On day trips we request that you keep your original seat for the entire day.

Parking

Fisher Motor Coach Tours doesn't own, operate, manage,or control the locations we use for pickup and dropping off passengers and as such parking is at your own risk.

Routing On Motor Coach Tours

The order of pick-up is determined to be the most convenient possible when considering the destination. Vehicles other than motor coaches may be used to trnasport participants to a centralized location to board motor coaches for the tour. Generally the return route will be the reverse of the deparure route.

Keep In Mind

You should arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the tour.

Rights and Responsibilities

Fisher Motor Coach Tours is not responsible for any delays due to traffic, weather or mechanical difficulties. We act solely as an agent in arranging restaurant, hotel accommodations, attractions and other services. We assume no liability for injury, delay, damage, loss or accident due to any act, negligence or default of any person or company rendering services on any tour. Fisher Motor Coach Tours also reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of him or herself or whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers.

Tours are based on a minimum of 30 participants.

**It is customary to tip the guide and driver.  The industry standard for tipping is $3.00-$5.00 per person per day.
